What You Will Do
The Quality Process Specialist will support in the development and continuous improvement of our quality strategy, including vision, mission and tactics to ensure on-going brand health. This individual's main objective is to manage quality projects that will help the company to progress.
Activities in this role will include:

• Supporting mill operation for the SPC implementation. Ensure that the product specifications are in line with the requirements of our external and internal customers and working to reduce the variability of the results with the operation team.
• Analyzing consumer & customer complaints to identify and characterize positive and/or negative trends, and reporting them to stakeholders
• Organizing national and international competitive products pick-ups
• Ensuring the Company’s Rapid Response & Retrieval (RRR) Process is kept current and all documentation is updated on a quarterly basis.
• Maintaining and improving the specification process in the organization. This will involve doing statistical analysis and meetings with the different groups (QA, T&D, PD and mill operation).
• Supporting the quality process in each mill by doing product audits
• Participating in setting priority issues for each Quality performance review meeting, preparing the agenda and maintaining the Action Plan
• Supporting the QTP and "Quality Performance Review Corrective Action" processes with the Consumer response coordinator
• Arranging for the business to receive complete and timely reports on all new competitive products

Job Requirements
What You Will Bring

• University degree. Engineer is preferred. Project management skills with statistical knowledge could be an alternative.
• Ability to develop, analyze and interpret statistical records is necessary. JUMP software capability is a requirement.
• Fluently bilingual is preferred (English and French)
