Facilitate technical knowledge exchange workshops with Aromatics process technology licensors and Global Manufacturing facilities.

Minimum of 15 years experience in refinery or petrochemical process unit, including 10 years' experience in Aromatics plants.

Review and monitor the performance of existing Aromatics facilities using KPIs for optimum operability, profitability, reliability, and process safety.

Issue quarterly Aromatics performance benchmarking reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Monitor and support facilities in implementing recommendations and closing gaps.

Propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives with minimal capital investment required through operational adjustment or design modification.

3-5 years experience with clinical development processes

+ 3 years experience in a GMP biotech pharma/biotech manufacturing, and quality environments in a process validation role.

Good understanding of current regulatory requirements and document preparation.

Process Validation, vaccine manufacturing and batch execution experience required.

Lead process validation team to assure the required discipline for successful execution/completion of deliverables.
