About The Role

We are looking to fill a new position! We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Process Specialist to join our Asset Performance & Work Management team. In this role, you are responsible for maintaining and improving the work management and management-of-change (MOC) processes and systems and providing center-of-excellence support to the business units. Primarily responsible for sustaining and enhancing the SAP PM module;e and MOC Stature systems including data integrity, equipment master data, training, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with processes through the delivery of reporting and governance practices.

What You Will Do

• Support the Supervisor of Maintenance Process & PMO on projects with testing and implementation activities of SAP PM and MOC components for existing or new business ventures
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Work Management process, tools, and standards, and ensure adherence and compliance with these by the business units (SAP PM module)
• Develop solutions, validate and provide testing of process changes or tool enhancements and communicate those across the impacted areas (change management)
• Develop and maintain Work Management and MOC process documentation and training materials
• Engage proactively with the business units to determine solutions to business issues and coordinate with IT systems analysts and developers as required to complete detailed estimates
• Provide Work Management and MOC process/system analytics and Center-of-Excellence support to the business units through field-based training and coaching offerings
• Develop, maintain, and continuously enhance the Management of Change (MOC) process and system, and ensure adherence and compliance with these by the business units (IHS Stature)
• Establish and maintain reporting processes and mechanisms (metrics/KPIs) by which to drive governance and compliance while also reporting and providing analysis and audits on process/system status

What We Need From You

• 5+ years of Maintenance and Work Management experience
• Knowledge of ISO 5500 (Asset Management)
• Experience in Maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution processes using SAP PM
• Stroexperience and understanding of Maintenance Master Data best practices
• Proficient in the design and use of IHS tools (MOC and Struxure)
• Proven experience and understanding of Maintenance and MOC best practices
• Expert in the design and use of the SAP Planned Maintenance (PM) Module
• Experience and understanding of change management methodologies and practices
• Adept in the design and use of Prometheus standard tools
