We’re looking for a Compliance Specialist


The Compliance Specialist assists with customer and supplier due diligence efforts. The Compliance Specialist must be organized, efficient and flexible; work well under pressure; understand highly technical products and services; develop strong, cross-functional partnerships; and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

How You Will Make An Impact


The following represent the key responsibilities of the role as they exist today. This role may expand to include responsibilities that may be new to the Compliance Specialist.


Customer Due Diligence (50%)


  • Assist in efforts to improve efficiency in responding to due diligence questionnaires.
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing requests in the customer due diligence intake portal.
  • Complete customer due diligence questionnaires on behalf of Entrust and its subsidiaries.


Supplier Due Diligence (45%)


  • Manage Entrust’s automated due diligence portal for Compliance.
  • Analyze third party due diligence responses and escalate red flags as appropriate across various Compliance areas (e.g., anti-bribery/anti-corruption, data privacy, DEI, and the environment).


Other (5%)


  • Participate in special projects related to compliance as needed.
  • Partner with the VP, Compliance to mature Entrust’s Compliance program.


Qualifications


Basic Qualifications:


  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Business, HR, or related field
  • 1+ years of applicable experience
  • Must be able to lawfully work within the jurisdiction where the colleague resides


Preferred Qualifications


  • Understanding of, and experience with, data privacy and/or information security
