Project manage the implementation of new standards or changes to existing standards.

Experience with compliance planning, implementation and measures is considered an asset.

Demonstrated knowledge of the electric power infrastructure, systems (SCADA), bulk power system

Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge & Skills Required):

· Strong interpersonal skills, effectively liaise with team members, managers and senior leaders

· Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)

· 2-3 years of experience in a related role or transferrable experience

· Experience with automotive systems and components considered an asset

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Support the IIBA Implementation Manager in monitoring IIBA compliance, and oversight in collaboration with the management team at Baffinland

Collaborate with management team on existing company policies and programs to determine their compliance with the IIBA and support continuous improvement

Support and collaborate with the IIBA Implementation Manager to ensure effective IIBA implementation

Assist with the development of the IIBA annual budget and assist with accruals requirements for the IIBA activities and commitments

Draft formal correspondence to stakeholders on behalf of the department and for the IIBA Implementation Manager

Prepare reports and documents as required by the IIBA committees and the IIBA Implementation Manager

Experience in preparing and presenting to senior management levels

Utilize and validate Emergency Management concepts and practices within our program

Investigate, comprehend and interpret various municipal, provincial and federal codes and regulations related to emergency management of people and assets

Utilize best practice project delivery concepts in supporting all aspects of our teams Emergency Management preparedness and planning deliverables

Engage internal/external subject matter experts during the development and maintenance of various Emergency Management projects

Facilitate project teams and inter-departmental working groups aimed at developing and aligning Emergency Management processes

5+ years of experience in similar role, with strong knowledge and understanding of a compliance program, regulatory requirements and business strategy

Oversee and execute key change management activities related to the maintenance and support of the Tool.

Completion of a College Diploma in Business, Finance or Economics minimum.

Completion of an Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance or Economics preferred.

Manage noncompliance reporting on behalf of the organization, including mitigation plan developments for recommendations

You have proven project management success with a strong track record of on-time, on-budget, and to-specification delivery of projects and experience.

You have a minimum of 2+ years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.

You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

You are highly organized with the ability to manage and track multiple demands.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Support Senior leadership in achieving operational goals and implementing policies
