Business Process Consultant Jobs

DND requires help of Business Process Consultant to take on responsibilities connected to the development of training and support aids for AI. The overall outcome would be to help DTO in its efforts to develop a defence AI centre and become AI-enabled. Any training developed would be eventually be used to scale across the organization.

Mandatory requirements:

1. More than two years of experience as a Business Process Consultant / Change Manager/ Business Analyst
2. College degree (DEC) or higher (Canadian educational institution or equivalence)
3. More than two years of experience in providing documentation related to the implementations of AI technologies

Rated requirements:

General tasks

1. Provide research and briefing support:

o Conduct ongoing research as necessary to inform feasibility and risks

o Conduct research and provide advice on technical and ethical best practices from industry, allies and academia

2. Develop an AI manual:

o Develop recommendations on foundational concepts of AI: what it is and what it is not, and terminology typically associated with AI.
