Our well-established client in Calgary is currently seeking a Property Administrator to join their task-oriented team for a contract role.

As the Property Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

• Filing
• Assist with financial tasks
• Ad hoc duties as requested
• Manage maintenance processes
• Answer phone calls
• Organize meetings

Requirements

Make a positive contribution as a Property Administrator with our client. The successful Property Administrator will possess the following:

• 2+years of Customer Service or Administrative experience
• Available to start immediately
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Highly organized
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills
• Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
