Project Manager - Systems

Are you a Project Manager looking to support a growing and dynamic organization is Edmonton in their ERP upgrade?

This Role Would Include

• Understanding the current functionality of the Peoplesoft system and how it works with the different portfolios... such as Finance, HR, Learner experience, Facilities
• Some ad hoc systems/business projects
• Do requirements gathering with these areas to see what the future state should look like then determine… can the existing system get them there or do they need to explore a new system, think outside the box and really look at how they can be more innovative
• Working with consulting firm on business case and implementation (will assist in putting RFP together)

Requirements

MUST HAVES:

• Ability to influence, provide clear direction and motivate people to stay on track
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business requirements and translate business objectives into technical requirements
• Good working with multiple functional areas in an organization
• You are an individual who can see the big picture, strong problem-solving ability, and knowledge to prioritize multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
• PM background with System implementations (large ERP)
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Good at working with external vendors
