Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Project Manager (Marketing Events Specialist ) for 12-month contract to work with one of our prestigious clients . This opportunity is hybrid role, with the central office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Overall Responsibilities:
As the Marketing Operations Planner, you will oversee the operations and processes required to help our team execute consumer and retail marketing. In this role, you will assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and more across our portfolio of devices (Pixel, Nest, Chromecast and more). In addition, you will support our team with quarterly planning, budget management, and cross-functional approvals, helping the team adhere to process and streamlining the way we work.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead the process and multiple stakeholders (including agency and vendor partners) that localize all marketing assets, helping internal teams bring final consumer and retail marketing assets to external partners.
- Lead the operational planning for all product launch readiness, including work-back schedules, calendaring, briefing documents, and status updates.
- Manage and support marketing finance deliverables from opening purchase orders, processing statement of work, budget tracker and budget dashboard balancing, and invoice queries.
- Manage all non-commercial units (NCU) planning, ordering, and fulfillment for product seeding and retail environments across Canada.
- Own liaising with global planning teams, getting project updates and feeding back Canada’s needs on a timely manner.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working in marketing operations or project management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
- Organized project manager with extreme attention to detail
- Experience with process improvement, project management, and executions
Skill/Experience/Education:
- Mandatory Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with structured thinking.
