What You Will Do

• Prepare and send quotes and invoices
• Scheduling repair work and sending applicable Work Orders/Purchase Orders
• Organizing job files and seeing them through start to finish
• Regular follow-ups for required document sign-offs
• Ensure compliances are completed in a timely manner
• Coordinating communication between trades, customers, adjusters, project managers, and internal departments

What You Have

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Compassion
• Knowledge of construction industry and verbiage (considered an asset)
• Adaptable to changes
• Multi-tasking and organizational skills, good attention to detail
• Positive attitude

• Professional maturity
• Ability to work in sensitive situations
• Good typing skills (min. 50 WPM) and good grammar

The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) will work out of Langley location (Training will take place in our Abbotsford office). Typical working hours would be 8:30am-5:00pm
