: We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Manager for our client, who has a strong background in construction and residential real estate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, with a particular emphasis on maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g., contracts and terms of agreement).
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction industry or real estate is a must.
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools.
- BSc in Business Administration or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.

Salary: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
