Product Manager - 12 Months Contract

Summary

Under the supervision of a Brand Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for managing local and national projects in the juice category sold at retail across Canada. The incumbent will have to work closely with the sales teams in Canada in order to introduce national and regional brand products to the market as well as support various marketing initiatives. He (she) will act as project manager, manager of operations between internal and external stakeholders as well as support for the brand manager in the realization of various promotions and product launches.

Key Activities

• Coordinate the development of new products with various internal and external stakeholders: approval and printing of labels, first production, request for samples, etc.;
• Write marketing presentations;
• Ensure the budget management of its brands and coordination with internal and external partners;
• Ensure and support communications between the sales team and the marketing team;
• Create and develop printed and digital sales tools with external agencies;
• Create purchase orders for marketing invoices and follow up with the appropriate departments;
• Monitor inventories and coordinate changes in labels and finished products;
• Support the brand manager in strategic planning (data collection and analysis).
• Coordinate various promotions, contests;
• Create codes in the integrated management system BPCS for all new national brand products;

Education & Experience Required

• Knowledge of Nielson databases (an asset);
• 5 years of experience as senior marketing coordinating or product manager in fast moving consumer goods;
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing;
• Experience in the food industry (an asset).

• Strong ability to prioritize files;
• Creativity.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point, BPCS;
• Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness and a high level of autonomy;
• Ability to work in a team;
