About This Team
Reporting into the Senior Manager, Global Quality Operations, the Product Integrity Manager is accountable for the design, development, and implementation of lululemon’s product integrity processes and systems. You will work in close collaboration with technology, product management, supply chain strategy, and cross functional partners across product and supply chain, to translate product integrity requirements into sustainable and scalable processes and systems. Each day will look different in this process, project, and systems-based role, including activities like root cause analysis, leading a team of high performers, supporting with solution design, project management, and senior leadership communications and presentations.
a day in the life

• Manage and design the development, Implementation and maintenance of product integrity system and process requirements that are aligned with the Global Quality/Product Integrity mandate.
• Manage the training and adoption of documentation and technology tools related to Product Integrity programs, including, but not limited to, CAPA, KPI reporting, and other quality management metrics.
• Collaborate with Technology/Product Management and Quality Analytics team to manage and establish product integrity management systems metrics and reporting platforms.
• Manage and facilitate creation of corrective and preventative action plans to implement improvements to drive operational excellence with Product Integrity/Global Quality
• Manage detailed data gathering and complex analyses to extract insights and make recommendations to the Product Integrity/Global Quality leadership team.
• Project manage complex work activities across cross-functional teams to keep workstreams on track, while collaborating with Process Owners to develop and manage the Product Integrity System framework, tools, and programs, particularly for new products and new markets.
• Build trust at many levels of the organization, including senior leaders, to garner buy-in for ongoing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to address tactical business problems with strategic solutions, and critical thinking skills
• Experience working for a management consulting firm would be considered an asset
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and building/managing systems, programs, and processes; experience within a product quality or supply chain function Is an asset
• Ability to enable change across the organization, and to enroll and influence others
• Prior people leadership experience is an asset
• Works well in fast-paced, project-based, collaborative environment
• 5-7 years progressive experience working in a product quality, supply chain, merchandising, retail, or audit function; experience in apparel/textile, accessories, and footwear an asset
