Location: Scarborough Tapscott YMCA Employment and Immigrant Services
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Contract Full Time Salaried (12 months, with possibility of extension)

The Data Integrity Agent provides superior service to members and staff. As well as providing administrative support, the Data Integrity Agent supports the various programs by helping to maintain flow of information within the centers.
In this role, you will:
  • Input member data into various information collection systems including but not limited to CATS, CAMS, ABM and ETO, and conducts weekly imports.
  • Prepare member intake and usage documentation.
  • Prepare and produces written and statistical reports using a variety of information systems from which to draw data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform outbound telephone services, i.e., liaising with employers and members; gathering information; tracking outcomes.
  • Prepare and produces onsite communication tools and reports Surveys members for qualitative purposes.
  • Conduct monthly financial reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date document organization systems.
You bring:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel
  • College Diploma in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related area or equivalent experience
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and building a sense of belonging
  • Demonstrated knowledge of YMCA’s Vision and practices
  • Flexibility regarding assigned schedules, including days, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work in an efficient manner independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated relevant work experience
  • Well-developed interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers; excellent written communication skills

  • Focus on the health, safety and wellbeing of all children, youth, and vulnerable people in YMCA programs including understanding legal and moral obligations related to reporting suspected child abuse to Child Protection Services
