Summary
The incumbent is responsible for the organization and coordination of all activities of the 5 to 7 program on all platforms. They will manage all aspects of the program (budgets, content, human resources, sponsorships, etc.).
Key Responsibilities

• Leads the daily 5@7 production meetings and actively participates in the weekly news department planning meetings
• Manages sponsorships to meet sales requests while respecting editorial content
• Coordinates with other departments and internal stakeholders for potential collaborations with other services (twinned coverage, sponsorships, technical requests, etc.)
• Ensures at all times the management of all daily content of the program (planning, coordination and development of concepts)
• With the support of the Senior Manager, Administration/Production, manages the budgets allocated to his/her program (coverage/special events, collaborators, etc.)
• Supports the development, collaborates, mobilizes and contributes to the production of multi-platform content in keeping with the DNA of the program
• Within his team, he ensures the following aspects of management: coaching, training, professional development, motivation, communication and performance management

Critical Qualifications

• Be creative and have a strong sense of innovation
• Experience in managing and producing a daily program (3 to 5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of sports
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English
• Talent and digital production skills to develop original multiplatform concepts that respect the DNA of the show
• Has an excellent knowledge of stage management work

Preferred Qualifications

• Manage an irregular schedule due to the seasonal production of your program
• Excellent critical judgment
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Possess basic budgeting and human resources management tools
• Thoroughness, accuracy and attention to detail
• Very good technical knowledge to operate our production facilities at a minimum
• Excellent knowledge of social media and television trends
• Demonstrates initiative and creativity
• Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity
