What is the job?

We are seeking to fill the Procurement and Facilities Associate role (Stores Keeper). In this role you will be the go-to person for all purchasing, inventory management, and facilities needs. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the accounting, sales, and technical groups, managing vendor relationship, cost management, inventory accuracy, general facility maintenance, and purchasing to name a few responsibilities.

Who are you?

The following are just some of the things we look for in a strong candidate:

·2-5 years professional experience

·High school diploma, supply-chain degree or diploma a plus

·Entrepreneurial attitude

·Comfortable in the MS Office suite and willing to develop this skill

·Highly organized with strong oral communication skills and attention to detail

·Desire to learn

·Clean driving record

What are you actually going to do?

·Take ownership of the department, looking for areas of improvement and automation

·Manage relationships with 200+ vendors

·Draft purchase orders for on demand parts and general inventory

·Maintain accurate filing for part traceability

·General facility maintenance such as changing locks or lightbulbs

·Assist receiving and shipping as needed

·Manage ad-hoc projects

·Receive, distribute, and shelve parts
