Responsibilities
  • Conduct floor walks including checking of Conference rooms and Copy rooms
  • Call in 310 maxx calls
  • Monitor office space and advise FM of any deficiencies
  • Set up and clean out of visitor offices and assistant stations
  • Managing office supplies and ordering name plates and stationary
  • Install name plates
  • Support the office space:
  • Hang artwork when required
  • Assisting with catering event set up as required
  • Support the Office Services Facility Manager (FM) as required
  • Administrative support including updating floor plans, inventory, and producing move sheets
  • Check medical cabinets
  • Complete all office moves
  • Managing inventory of artwork, storage units, facilities room, stationary, keys and furniture
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an office support or facilities role
Skills
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office and other facilities systems
  • Ability to lift 30-50+lbs. as necessary
