Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are currently hiring for a Housekeeper/Cook

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years Housekeeping/cook experience in a residential setting

Responsibilities

• Shopping for food
• Dinner party catering
• Ensuring the kitchen utilities are maintained
• Menu planning
• Inform the homeowner or employer if any accidents or problems occur while performing cleaning services
• Promptly respond to client needs
• Managing the pantry and food areas
• Stock control and inventory
• Fulfill all cleaning requirements of the employer
• Kitchen upkeep and deep cleaning
• Perform housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the windows, scouring bathrooms, changing sheets and towels, managing laundry, and keeping the place neat and tidy
• Clean, disinfect, and store all cleaning equipment
• Regularly cleaning out the refrigerator and freezer, and discarding out-of-date products

Skills

• Excellent knowledge of cleaning appliances, and cleaning and disinfecting agents
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Proven work experience as a Housekeeper/Cook
• Time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Food Safe & WHIMIS would be an asset
• Good communication skills

Requirements

• Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
• Must live in Edmonton Area
• Must own personal vehicle
