- Fulfilling the full-cycle recruitment process efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in Terminations, and Progressive Disciplinary discussions.
- Assist in conducting Work Place Investigations.
- Coordinating health and safety needs. Develop and facilitate monthly meetings and training as required by legislation.
- Ensuring WCB claims are filed and return to work efforts are maximized.
- Assisting accounting with payroll process and procedures (seasonal during winter months).
- Supporting management in the audits and annual performance reviews.
- Maintaining HR records by recording new hires, terminations, changes in job classifications, tracking leave of absence, etc.
- Maintaining employee records physically and electronically.
- Onboarding new hires, delivering Orientation presentation.
- Assisting with the recruitment, selection and hiring process.
- One stop shop for answering all employee-related queries about HR policies and, programs.
- Managing day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
- Ensure the health, comfort and safety of our tenants.
- On-call requirements include but are not limited to: answering calls, showing rooms, responding to emergencies, diagnosing and resolving problems, enforcing rules and regulations of the property, attending to after-hours complaints such as noise complaints, and maintaining building quality standards.

- First point of contact for problem solving tenant issues
- Coordinating staff move ins and move outs, lease agreements, and damage deposits.
- Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to respond to all on-call needs outside of regular business hours.
- People First philosophy is required.
- 1 year of Human Resources experience is preferred.
- Work onsite at Eagle Ranch Resort on a daily basis (Monday to Friday).
- Enjoys engaging with employees at all levels of organization.
- Must have valid Canadian Work Permit.
- IT literacy to learn and work with multiple information systems, including: including, but not limited to, MS Office, HRIS, payroll, behavioural questionnaire and applicant tracking system.
- Passion for hospitality, friendly, and approachable.
- Natural skills in: Coordination, Organization, Administration, Time Management and Multi-Tasking.
- Should have strong verbal/written and listing skills.
- Post secondary education in Human Resources or certification is an asset.
