People Data - Data & Research Analyst

Leadership Connect, a U.S. based a people-intelligence SaaS provider of information and analysis on key individuals and organizations in government, non-profits, media, and business, is seeking a resident of the province of Quebec to be a People-Data Research Analyst to conduct research, analyze data, and to maintain accurate data in our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on key individuals and organizations in politics, government, media, and business.
• Present your data stewardship in a clear and actionable way to stakeholders across the organization
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and uncover quality issues.
• Evaluate data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights into completeness and/or quality.
• Acquire/Maintain accurate and up-to-date information, as defined by our Data Engineers.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to individuals and groups within a company or organization.
• Project manage data factory projects and provide guidance regarding best practices.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems
• A Quebec province resident
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Any experience with Python, Django, Flask, NumPy, and Pandas is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with web scraping tools and techniques is a big plus
• 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and research
• Experience in data quality automation a plus
