Data Research Analyst Jobs

About the role

The Market Research department is responsible for identifying new potential customers for the organization. The Research Data Analyst will support the operations of the Company’s Worldwide lead & customer expansion program through customer research, database updates, management of customer lists, lead dissemination, and modification.

What you’ll be working on

• Data extraction from external databases (Dun & Bradstreet and Apollo)
• Manage and update the leads module of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
• Gather and validate information on prospective new customers
• Manage the account creation and address update for Customers in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application
• Provide support for departmental initiatives and projects
• Organize information into tables and files.
• Customer mapping/coding initiatives for new customer identification

We’re looking for someone with

• Experience with CRM systems (Oracle or Peoplesoft an asset).
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Basic Microsoft Access (advanced knowledge an asset)
