Posting Summary
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a visiting scientist for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the School of Engineering. This is a grant-funded appointment contingent upon the availability of funds to support it. The position reports directly to Prof. Hang Liu.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
  • Designing algorithms to perform graph reordering on GPUs.
  • Presenting the paper in a technical conference.
  • Writing a technical paper for this project.
  • Implementing the designed graph reordering algorithm in SuperLU_DIST.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional research experience, excellent communication skills, and computer literacy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or a related scientific field or discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience that demonstrates comprehensive knowledge and understanding of general research principles and practices.
