People Data Analyst Jobs

Takes in requirements from business analysts and documents technical requirements

Assesses configuration options to meet requirements and specifications

Applies increasing knowledge in system features and technology standards

3+ years systems analysis experience

1-3 years HRIS systems analysis experience (ideally Workday, Dayforce)

Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management systems

Project manage data factory projects and provide guidance regarding best practices.

1-2 years of experience in data analysis and research

Experience in data quality automation a plus

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience with web scraping tools and techniques is a big plus

Expert knowledge of advanced statistical methods (e.g., could include: regression, cluster analysis, HLM, social network analysis, text analysis, longitudinal methods, etc.)

Advanced Python or R skills

Knowledge of Git is a plus

Conduct rigorous analyses to uncover data-driven people insights, and then test and iterate to understand feasibility and interest before scaling.

Help scale compelling insights from people data by building automated internal processes and/or products.

Learn from and collaborate with other Data Scientists, and mentor others on the team
