WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?:

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages, deductions, and tax compliance.
• Leverage advanced payroll software to streamline processes, automate calculations, and generate accurate reports
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and employment legislation, ensuring full compliance and minimizing risk (Canada and US).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify payroll data, including new hires, terminations, benefits changes, and promotions.

What You Bring To The Table

• Strong experience with ADP and Workday
• Experience managing the payroll processes for over 1000 employees required in the US and Canada
• Certified Payroll Manager (CPM) designation required
• Proven experience managing a team of payroll professionals required
