Partnerships Manager opportunity to join a well-funded online eCommerce platform focused on global expansion. This opportunity will be one of the 1st Partnership Managers hired to focus their North American markets build out working as part of the Partnership Business Development Team.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner engagement across the marketplace by executing GTM strategies, and developing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Able to negotiate commercial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry and networking events.
- Expand on relationships with existing partners within your channel.
- Understand the market landscape within your vertical - including leaders in the space, problems businesses are solving for, pain points, and emerging trends. Develop a strategy for growth using these insights.
- Identifying new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Min 3 years in a partnerships or business development role
- Experience within an e-commerce or SaaS environment
- Able to work independently and with initiative.
- Strong communication skills
- Passionate about commerce, retail, and technology
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
This is a remote-based opportunity and the candidate must be located in Canada or US.
