We are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for our Stockroom Supervisor position.
Responsibilities

• Ensure that the customer/supplier requirements shall be communicated throughout the Stockroom Department.
• Achieve the department objectives regarding processing of materials, contributing to overall division growth and profitability. This is accomplished by adhering and enforcing all safety policies and ensuring the efficient flow of product through the stockroom process on a timely basis, which conforms to quality requirements, and through the optimum utilization of human, material and capital resources in accordance with corporate policy.
• Maximize divisional profits to provide short and long term contribution.
• Ensure that all stockroom employees work in a safe environment and have the proper direction, knowledge, skills, resources and support to achieve optimum performance.
• Participate in attainment of divisional growth goals for customer retention by ensuring the department is providing quality products.
• Ensure the Stockroom Team is completing tasks successfully according to company standards.
• Attain optimum utilization of human resources by developing and assuring the maintenance of an effective employee relations program.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
