Our client, a multinational industrial and manufacturing company working in heating & air conditioning systems, is opening a new office in Laval and is looking for an operation assistant t to join his team!

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES of the operations Assistant:
  • Submit timesheets to payroll
  • Project documentation management
  • Pay suppliers
  • Process documents for service claims, sales indemnities, renovation and labor warranty
  • Responsible for general administrative functions of the service department
  • Orders & purchase orders
  • Billing, credit \ Debit
  • Assist in the processing of all work closing documents
  • Data entry into the system
  • Manage equipment purchase orders and ensure that deadlines are submitted to customers & suppliers and that they are up to date
  • Proceed to account statements
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS of the oeprations Assistant:
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach with a willingness to work independently as well as in a team
  • D.E.S + 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position or combination of studies / experience
  • Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingual + excellent level of oral & written French
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ease and ease with computers in general
  • Intermediate proficiency in Office + Excel
  • Experience with HVAC systems, an asset
  • Analytical mind
