Company Description

Rosewood Estates Winery & Meadery is a family-run boutique winery located in Beamsville, ON. In addition to producing small batch vintage-driven wines, Rosewood is also an apiary and produces high-quality honey and mead. They are committed to sustainable farming and beekeeping practices.


Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Hospitality Associate. The Hospitality Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, food and beverage service, and hosting visitors at the winery.


Qualifications

  • Experience in food service and hospitality
  • Knowledge of food and beverage products
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Smart Serve certification is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of wine and mead production is an asset
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for the industry
