Your Responsibilities In a Few Words


Carry out daily accounting entries - Maintain balance sheet account tracking files - Balance sales, bank reconciliations and payroll entries - Record regular entries and monthly accruals - Analyze profitability of sales orders and inventory accounts - Verify supplier invoices with purchase orders and packing slips, and follow up on discrepancies - Participate in ad hoc projects - Assist with personnel management, as needed


Your Strengths For This Position


  • Familiarity with cost price analysis (asset)
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting (an asset)
  • Proficiency with the Office Suite
  • Bilingualism: French required and functional English
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (asset)
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience with the full accounting cycle, month-end management and indirect supervision
