Our client, a major Canadian group company in manufaturing sector is looking for an Assistant controller for a 12 month contract.

Duration: 12 months
35h per week
Possibility of conversion to permanent status (to be discussed)
CPA or CPA in progress (an asset)

Responsibilities

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting
• Follow-up and analyze variances
• Produce financial statements, audit files
• Other ad-hoc duties
• Participate in IFRS financial reporting
• Assist with month-end processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience
• CPA designation or CPA candidate (an asset)
• Excel : Pivot table, Vlookup
• Bilingual
