As our Director of Marketing, you will:

Plan, communicate and execute marketing plans with an integrated content calendar to grow our user base across our three core market segments using 3 key strategies

1. Attract new opt-in users using social and live events, webinars, CEU’s, Lunch-n-Learns, trade shows, Product demos and social media.
2. Create content that ignites interest & engagement from our account holders using webinars, how-to videos, industry templates, GPT powered chat bots & gamification to drive user login and project creation.
3. Leverage deep industry expertise and constant customer interaction to create valuable insights and project templates that encourage occasional users to become frequent users.

• Coordinate and organize projects, accountable for driving success by exceeding targets
• Coordinate the implementation of current strategies and tactics with internal and third-party players
• Review and be aware of emerging technology that can make marketing more cost effective with greater impact and lower costs.
• Manage a marketing coordinator; being hands-on, collaborative and prepared to give direction, leadership and guide your team to success
• Lead the digital promotion strategy & increase digital conversion rates through campaigns and optimization initiatives
• Create and manage monthly digital marketing newsletters
• Lead the management and mapping of HubSpot for sales analytics, as well as partner with the migration of other tools.
• Analyze results, build reports and develop recommendation to optimize each strategy

As a Director or Marketing, you must have:

• A Bachelor Degree in marketing or communication-related fields

• 7 years’ experience in digital marketing related position with a track record of delivering results through email marketing, SEO, CRO and online advertising

• Construction, engineering, architects or product manufacturer marketing or similar industry experience

• The skill set to effectively lead, coach and mentor others

• The ability to be a team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment and is motivated by team success

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage and influence across all levels of the organization

• Superior organizational skills, with the ability or prioritize and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail

• Graphic Artist skill set with Adobe Creative suite proficiency is a bonus
