About Seeds of Leadership:

We are a charitable organization focused on inspiring and enabling young leaders to shape a better future. We are looking for a creative, detailed oriented, and positive individual, with a desire to have an impact on the development of youth. Someone with the ability to grasp concepts quickly and translate them into fresh, current, and youth-friendly material. The ideal candidate enjoys working from a blank canvas and thrives on learning and researching concepts and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Research competitors and best practices
• Suggest creative, innovative and fresh marketing tactics to engage youth and be willing to experiment
• Develop social media guidelines and standards for posting, commenting, etc.
• Content writing for copy in social media posts, tool kits and other items as needed.
• Work with the team to create an effective and appropriate marketing strategy
• Assist with ensuring all marketing collateral is up to Seeds brand standards
• May be required to work with other departments as needed.
• Help track social media and other digital marketing analytics
• Contact any media outlets as needed

• Understanding of search engine optimization
• Having an in-depth understanding of social media and other digital marketing platforms (including email marketing and Linkedin)
• Creative & have an eye for good design
• Optimistic mindset
