Founded in 2007, JVC Precision Ltd. is a leading Metal Component Manufacturer for OEM’s specializing in welded components and assemblies for OEMs in Mining, Construction, and Automotive. Our core processes include Metal Cutting (CNC Laser), Press Brake Forming, Welding and Assembly.

Role: Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop branding guidelines and ensure consistent messaging and marketing collateral is in-line with the marketing strategy, core values, brand promise and company purpose.
• Lead the creation of innovative and original video, photo and written content for various channels such as social media, email marketing, and blog posts that tells the story of JVC Precision and how we can partner with customers to simplify their world.
• Regularly use and report on available data such as website and social media analytics to continuously improve upon inbound qualified lead generation results.
• Consistently collaborate with key stakeholders to refine and improve the marketing strategy through the sharing of ideas in a structured, open-minded approach.
• Manage existing relationships and budget of the SEO provider, videographer, website developer, and graphic designer to deliver high quality relevant content on-time.
• Manage corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter
• Track inbound marketing leads and provide them to the sales department for follow-up and disposition.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan based on the marketing strategy; upholding the company’s core values, brand promise, purpose, and key differentiators.
• Develop a deep understanding of the vision, capabilities, culture, and processes by immersing yourself in all areas of operation.

Skills, Qualifications, Traits & Competencies

• Ability to use the latest AI tools to streamline workflow
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• Experience in developing and executing marketing communication plans
• Proven experience in managing corporate social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter (front end and back end)
• Comfortable engaging with potential customers and employees on social media.
• Familiarity with website analytics and CRM platforms
• Requires a positive attitude and adheres to JVC’s core values. Exhibits the humble, hungry, & smart virtues of an ideal team player.
• Experience with writing for a technical audience with examples of prior work.
• Passionate, energetic and self-motivated, promoting the company with a high level of energy while upholding JVC’s core values, brand promise and purpose.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector or B2B marketing.
