Job Description

You will be the central point of contact for project services at a customer production site. Your main tasks will be the coordination of technical optimization measures and activities as well as the coordination of the fulfillment of contractual obligations and savings within Tool Management. You will be the one deciding deliverable KPI's for your team and presenting your reasons to stakeholders and management alike. You will use your exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills to work with your stakeholders and motivate your team.

Responsibilities
Manage the complete supply chain for the customer’s tools
Liaison with stakeholders and your organization
Operative handling of disposition, procurement and stock at customers
Coordination of the fulfillment of contractual obligations such as savings and more
Coordinate technical optimization measures and activities
Ensure the provision of the appropriate information
External and internal communication about ongoing activities
Continuous utilization of the appropriate software tools to manage and document Tool Management tasks
Documentation of processes and process changes on site
Troubleshoot issues onsite and provide solutions
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration (ideally with focus on Supply Chain Management or comparable) or Mechanical Engineer/mechatronics
Outstanding communication skills and confident self-presentation
Highly motivated
Technical understanding of cutting tools/machine tools with the ability to talk to programming office
Proven self-organization skills, with structured and target oriented way of working
High affinity for process management
Microsoft Office skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Experience managing and monitoring KPI's
