Responsibilities:


As the Licensed Property Manager in Calgary, you will be the face of luxury and the driving force behind our community's success. You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring their efficient operation, and driving their profitability. Your key responsibilities will include:


Entrepreneurial Leadership: Channel your inner entrepreneur to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our company's goals, driving growth, and maximizing revenue.

Business Acumen: Utilize your exceptional business sense to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, create budgets, build proformas, presentations to the ownership and make data-driven decisions to enhance property performance.

Tenant Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a sense of community within our properties.

Property Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure properties are well-maintained, conduct regular inspections, and promptly address any repairs or improvements.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records and optimal financial performance of each property.

Marketing and Leasing: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to attract and retain high- quality tenants, effectively lease available spaces, and minimize vacancies.

Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date with local, provincial, and federal regulations, ensuring properties adhere to all legal requirements, permits, licenses, and safety standards.


Qualifications:

To thrive in this exciting role, we are seeking individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in the real estate industry or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving exceptional business results.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.
  • License: RECA Property Manager license
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury residential communities
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational success.
