Condominium Property Manager Jobs

We are pleased to announce that our tech driven property management firm is growing! We are looking for a nearly full time Property Manager.
We are professional, innovative and our goal is to elevate the condominium ownership experience. We are small integrated team that works closely to refine our client experience.
This role is a key touchpoint for our clients and requires a warm and engaging individual who is comfortable handling high pressure situations with a calm and collective approach.
There is a high level of integrated software and systems to navigate. Our ideal candidate is quick with technology, diligent in tracking administrative items and a superstar condominium specialist.

Qualifications for Condo Property Managers on our team are as follows:
MUST be Licensed through the RECA
Minimum 2-5 years experience in managing condo properties.
Strong knowledge of the ACT and governance procedures
Exceptional Administrative skills including formatting, excel, mail merges and business communication
You must love dealing with people
Strong ability to adapt to new technologies suites proprietary to the Elara Experience
Quickbooks and/or Accounting exposure
Strong contract negotiation and analysis skills
Work independently and at various locations
Flexible schedule for a diverse portfolio
Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional
