Lead and manage the Healthcare & Senior Living Sales team regarding performance, priorities, development, and attaining sales goals/targets.

Manages entire Healthcare Territory for National Sales; territories are not limited to healthcare and may contain other National Sales accounts.

Identifies training requirements for team as well as customers with respect to Sysco related systems.

Liaise with National Sales Canada VP National Account’s / National Account Manager’s

Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.

Minimum of three (3+) years’ work experience in a sales role.

Weekly in-gym instructional / teaching hours are minimal but will vary pending program requirements. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required.

Ensure adequate certification and maintenance of accurate records of all support staff and equipment

Liaises with faculty and Outreach team to ensure programs are evidence based and best practices.

Assists with the integration of academic curriculum and research activities to practical programs.

Identifies learning objectives and experiential learning opportunities for UBC students, focusing on Kinesiology students specifically.

Overseeing speaker series, PARC education, cultural programs, social events, the PARC technology lending library, event contractors and outings.

Planning and implementing an exciting monthly calendar of events and activities in tandem with other managers and staff.

As PARC Active Living Manager, you’re responsible for:

Planning and delivering programs, outings and special events that engage residents in heart-healthy, enriching, and fun activity.

Cultivating a respectful, warm environment for residents and staff.

Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions.

Assess existing GPO collection for disabled/empty/redundant elements and redevelop GPO collection for improved permission granting and management.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies.

Identify, define, refine, and review requirements for a new AD structure.

Expert level knowledge of Windows Active Directory.

An Associate's Degree and at least three months experience working with children, or;

A High School Diploma or G.E.D with at least six months of experience working with children.

Review medication records daily for errors and/or omissions, report any discrepancies to Program Manager, and document on the compliance review calendar.

Use good interpersonal communication skills to gain resident cooperation and resolve resident conflicts.

A University/College Degree or Diploma related to Agriculture or equivalent combination of education and applicable experience and asset.

Manage project budgets and expenditures.

Participate and collaborate with in-field demos and events to assist deliverables and knowledge mobilization (eg. Videos, workshops, meetings, etc.).

High level of diplomacy and strong written and oral communication skills.

Assist and liaise with collaborators and producers providing relevant information, tools, and resources.

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Experience working with children; knowledge of child development, crafts, sports, music and/or games

Knowledge of the recreation programs offered by Norfolk County

Must be currently enrolled in at education institution on a full time basis

Experience in a leadership capacity is required i.e. student council member, leadership role on youth council

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Knowledge and demonstrated skills in program development and management.

Good understanding and knowledge of seniors’ issues related to social recreational and educational needs.

Demonstrated experience and skills in community development within housing buildings.

Develop, implement, and evaluate programs which promote wellness through social, recreational, and educational activities.

Develop leadership skills of seniors.

Experience building flexible solutions that can adapt quickly to changing requirements.

A flexible/hybrid work environment combining in office collaboration and remote working

Hands on experience working with financial times series point-in-time data (market, fundamental, alternative, etc.)

Experience working with investors (e.g., quantitative/fundamental) is desirable

Experience using cloud providers and associated services – AWS/GCP/etc.

Practical knowledge of software engineering concepts and best practices, including testing frameworks and libraries, automation.

Perform ad-hoc financial management analysis as required by AE management

Marketplace knowledge and experience with a broad spectrum of publicly traded products

Demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounting and budgeting concepts

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent, with a professional accounting designation

Current Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) certification.

Experience working with individuals with substance abuse issues is an asset.

Current First Aid and CPR certifications.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury residential communities

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational success.

Education: A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, real estate, or a related field is preferred.

License: RECA Property Manager license

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with tenants, team members, and stakeholders.
