This position will be responsible for coordinating requests for unique data reports from internal stakeholders. This involves working with our development team to ensure data provided meets the criteria required. A large part of this position involves quality assurance and checking the accuracy of the report by comparing data from various tools and reports.
What you’ll be doing as our new Junior Data Reporting Analyst:
- Work effectively between Account and Development Teams to ensure that data is derived and provided in an accurate and consistent manner
- Qualify all requests by creating thorough business rule documentation to ensure all report requirements are complete and documented clearly prior to sending to development
- Assist other team members on reports projects as needed
- Coordinate requests for unique data reports from internal stakeholders
- Ensure documentation of reporting process for unique reports is kept up to date and look for ways to innovate the process further
- Conduct internal testing on reports received from development and quality assurance (data and calculations), prior to sending reports to the requestor
- Manage multiple requests and timelines by balancing report demand with development resources available to ensure all Internal and external stakeholder deadlines are met
- Understand data complexities and strategies behind Customer Targeting
- Other Administrative tasks, as required

Education that will help you succeed:
- Post-Secondary Education, preferably in Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Business
- Experience with SQL is an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
