Junior Analyst Jobs

This is a temporary role (duration of 6 months). There is a possibility of the role becoming a permanent position depending on the company need. The role is a fully remote job (8 hrs per day / 5 days a week: Monday to Friday and requires EDT time working hours). The position is paid by the hour. No additional benefits provided at this moment as this is a temporary role.

Responsibilities:

• Balance intercompany accounts (month end)
• Post vendor invoices (AP)
• Post bank Journal entries provided
• Assist with daily and month end tasks
• Post customer invoices (AR)
• Send payment remittance to vendors
• Daily update of exchange rates in spreadsheet and D365 (USD and EURO)
• Reconcile Ledger/Subledger
• Post month end Journal entries provided

Tasks included but not limited to the above.

Qualifications

• Dynamics 365 is an asset
• Fluent in English is a must, French is an asset
• Entry Level 1-2 years experience in Accounts payable and Accounts Receivables
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
