We are looking for a unique and bilingual Junior Accountant to join our Accounting Team working in Montreal and come working at the studio a few days a week. The ideal candidate must have some accounting experience and ideally a bachelor's degree in accounting or administration.

Supervision : Financer Controller

Responsabilities:

• Reception, Approval and recording of vendor invoices;
• Deposits and application of client payments;
• Client invoicing and account receivables;
• Month-end accounting cycle
• Helping the Financial Controller with different accounting tasks;
• Reconciliation of various bank and credit card accounts;
• Preparation of various reports

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Organized and autonomous;
• Communication skills in both English and French;
• Capacity to adapt to an industry that is constantly changing;
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or administration;
• Experience with MS Excel and accounting software, ideally Netsuite;
