Junior Production Coordinator Jobs

Responsibilities

• Meticulously track production timelines and inform logistics team of upcoming ex-factory dates/delays and maintain T&A calendar
• Liaise between internal teams and external vendors to communicate weekly production updates and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Work cross functionally with our Design Department to prepare garment care/content info and polybag sticker info
• Support the logistics stage of production by reviewing and analyzing packing lists and Commercial Invoices to ensure packing requirements are met and production volumes are within tolerance of PO
• Review Purchase Invoices from external vendors
• Create Purchase Orders for new and repeat style orders and maintain internal record up to date
• Maintain an internal record of vendor social/environmental compliance certificates and laboratory testing
• Work cross functionally with our Design Team to help research/source trimming, fabric and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• 1-2 years of experience in an apparel production role
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong knowledge of apparel production
