Junior Accountant Jobs

We are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team in Montreal.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assisting in conducting assurance mandate on small to medium sized organizations in a variety of industries
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns in accordance with Firm standards for clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit enterprises
• Providing accounting and tax compliance services to private clients for compilation and review engagements

What you need to succeed:

• Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Accounting, or a college diploma in Accounting
• Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Highly motivated individual with a desire for growth
• Meticulousness and a high level of accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Solid verbal and written communication skills (French and English)
• Remain current and knowledgeable on trending topics in accounting and assurance
