Reporting to the Director of Treasury, you will play a key role within Creation's Treasury Team. The position is responsible for ensuring our vendor data is accurate and up-to-date across Creation's databases. You will review, verity, confirm and update vendor information including but not limited to, legal entity name, business location, bank information and contact details. You will be required to:

• Add detailed notes in MS Dynamics for tracking purposes
• Work with Accounts Payable to confirm and update relevant data
• Verify all business-related information
• Independently contact each vendor by phone

This position requires someone that is professional, highly organized and is able to spend multiple hours on the phone. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset. This is a one-month contract with the option to extend depending on progress.
