7+ years of relevant experience in product management or project management/reviewing, creating, updating products or offerings

A University degree in business, management, human computer interactions or related disciplines

Manage multiple complex products/projects - you are the "go to" person in your family of Business Deposits and Investment Products

Consult with senior stakeholders and leaders within the business, Experience Office, and technology teams to provide direction, and make critical decisions.

Good knowledge of model risk management and general risk management principles

Good project management and time management skills.

Programming well in Python, with working knowledge of SQL.

Adequate financial mathematics knowledge (passed CFA Level 1, FRM Level 1 or equivalent programs is preferred)

Good knowledge of typical financial products (such as bonds, IR swaps, loans, and deposits).

Strong analytical skills and communication skills in both written and verbal format.

Deep knowledge of liquidity risk management concepts, techniques, and regulatory requirements.

Develop and maintain liquidity risk management policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Extensive Experience in project management across multi-functional teams

Lead the design and development of systems and tools to support liquidity risk management, including data management and reporting tools

1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in capital markets or asset management

Daily portfolio management activities including re-rates, dividend monitoring, recalls, and corporate action elections

Day-to-day rebalancing and life cycle management of Equity Total Return Swaps

Assist in the research process and scenario-testing of new trading tools relating to financing (e.g. liquidity, leverage, asset-liability management, etc.)
