Citi is currently building a new team that will be responsible for FX Risk platform. The team will be implementing new business-driven functionality, technical and regulatory-driven changes for QA Automation and DevOps. There are new and legacy platforms that serve the FX business in 38 countries. We provide the ability for real-time derivatives pricing, risk management and data analytics. Initiatives are starting to replace a set of the existing risk applications with new generation that are web-based UI, server-side computing, grid technology, and distributed in-memory solutions. The new applications are going to improve service to traders and external clients. The solutions need to be scalable to cover multiple locations and meet latency requirements.

Qualifications And Responsibilities

• Experience with at least one of MQ (Kafka, Tibco, Solace, etc).
• Experience with at least one of :(Oracle, MySql, Postgres, Mongo, Cassandra, etc).
• Good understanding of how Linux / JVM works.
• Passion to write code using TDD and be ready for L3 support.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
• Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
• 8+ years of relevant development experience.
• Design and implement efficient data structures and algorithms.
• Strong knowledge of core Java and multithreading (jdk11 and upper).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
