Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Java Developer Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting your expertise in Java programming to aspiring developers, helping them develop the skills needed for a successful career in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Conduct Java programming training sessions for individuals or groups of students.

2.Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assignments.

3.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and Java language advancements to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.4.Provide guidance and support to trainees, addressing their questions and challenges during the learning process.

5.Assess trainees' progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical coding assessments.

6.Adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles and levels of expertise among trainees.

7.Collaborate with the training coordinator or manager to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the training program.

8.Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

8.Encourage a positive and engaging learning environment, fostering enthusiasm for Java development.

9.Maintain accurate records of trainees' performance and attendance.

Requirements:

#Proficiency in Java programming language. #Substantial hands-on experience in Java application development.

#Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries.

#Excellent communication and presentation skills.

#Patience and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. #Previous training or teaching experience is a plus.
