Role and Responsibilities:

As a Fresher Java Developer at Pragra, you will be an integral part of our development team, responsible for contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications. You will receive mentorship and training from senior developers while working on various projects, enabling you to build a strong foundation in software development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development, code optimization, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java development and related technologies.
• Contribute to the development of user interfaces, back-end services, and database components.
• Gain exposure to version control systems and collaborative development tools.
• Work on bug fixes, performance improvements, and updates to existing applications.
• Participate in the design, coding, testing, and debugging of Java applications under the guidance of senior developers.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior internship, project, or coursework experience in Java development is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented concepts.
• Familiarity with web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
