About the role:
Reporting to the Director IT, the IT Support Manager is responsible for overseeing, administering, managing, and supporting the IT for Field Teams and Head Office. Works closely with the IT Director to develop strategy for IT systems, equipment, and infrastructure to support business operations. Liaises with internal teams and external vendors to identify opportunities and efficiencies and ensure a high level of support is maintained.

What you’ll do:
- Maintenance of all information technology equipment
- Build’s Monthly reporting on equipment’s and other business areas
- Responsible for analyzing call log to discover trending matters and issues.
- Responsible for the management of the organization’s email accounts
- Supports any IT-related projects internally or for external clients
- Administers the Office 365 & Exchange accounts for OSL Direct and shared services
- Advises internal stakeholders on IT-related questions or opportunities
- Liaises with vendors to source and maintain equipment
- Maintains inventory of hardware and spare equipment
- Sets up new employees on all required systems and equipment
- Provides tier 2 level support for the direct team members
- Offer training to staff of the organization and its clients
- Supports the implementation of systems, policies and procedures
- Administers the Miradore systems that supports our clients Tablets/Phones
- Respond to clients’ questions on IT
- Occasionally will be required to work off business hours to do system maintenance with minimal impact to business operations
- Supports information technology and computer systems for the client group and shared services
- Administers the Pulseway system that supports our IT infrastructure
- Time management and the ability to prioritize, along with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information
- Passionate about technologies
- Proven working experience in IT or relevant experience
- Knowledge of Server 2016 and higher
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
- Experience with Pulseway/Mirador/Webroot/Avanan/ or similar system
- Proverbiality to identify and resolve issues regarding IT in a manner that is timely
