As the successful Candidate you will be entrusted with providing effective strategic oversight and operational leadership, digital transformation and related information and technology needs. You will be accountable for outlining strategic roadmaps for the organization, researching and planning for implementation of the most recent technologies in the industry and successfully leading, managing, and coaching the team to obtain strategic objectives. This position is located in Calgary, AB.

Requirements
MUST HAVES:

• 7 + years or more in an IT Manager role with proven success in Enterprise IMT strategy and execution
• In-depth working knowledge and experience with AWS, CRM, Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
• Expert level working knowledge and experience with IT & cloud computing risks, strategies, planning, business alignment and enablement
• Solid Vendor management experience in order to collaborate successfully on the development of IM and technology vendor strategies, leading the identification and implementation of vendor service and performance
• Strong business acumen in order to Support development and lead implementation of IT security, privacy, and compliance plans, policies, and procedures as well as the compliance review and testing process
• A degree in related field from a recognized post-secondary institute
• Demonstrated strength being a strategic Leader in planning budget development, management, administration and delegating with both people and work
• Stong interpersonal and communication skills in order to provide support and mentorship to others within IT and the leadership team on complex issues to achieve effective stakeholder relations
• Working success in the supervision of technical personnel and strategic business, process, and system optimization
• Proficient working experience in high level business settings for infrastructure, Data Analytics and Security
