Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain solid working relationships across HR in Canada and all levels of management to ensure consistency and sharing of HR best practices, solicit information and feedback and keep all parties apprised of common issues.
  • Participate in internal and client audits by researching, interpreting and presenting historical data in partnership with HR Compliance.
  • Effectively communicate with various HR Shared Services team members, internal customers, other HR groups and third parties as needed.
  • Adhere to all Foundever policies on ethics and integrity and respond to inquiries pertaining to Employee Relations policies, and/or procedures.
  • Align with HR Field Support to perform transactional business processes, meet service objectives and provide support for HR initiatives.
  • You may perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned and this is a fully remote and full-time role.
  • Respond to Employee Relations questions from our employees, managers and HR team via telephone, live chat or internal case management system.
  • You will ensure data integrity by maintaining employee records, making changes and partnering with Operations in accordance with Canadian provincial laws.



Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources fundamentals and experience with Canada and US employment law, relevant statutes and guidelines and best practices.
  • You must reside in Canada.
  • Excellent communication skills using verbal via the telephone and written communication.
  • Previous experience with Live Chat and Email/Case Tracking and Microsoft Office suite and know when to escalate complex questions for guidance or handling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate flexibility, organization skills, attention to detail and follow up.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service with any general HR policies/procedures.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Some college education preferred but not required.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Kenexa and/or Case Tracking tools.
  • English-French (bilingual), preferred but not required.
